We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at Flux Footwear:

Returns

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a exchange, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Email us at flux.support1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

You can not refund your order but you can either make a request for exchange

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are worn, damaged, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship across Pakistan only. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days depending on location. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments.
